Eric Mendie is an entrepreneur, pastor, author, leadership developer and business strategist, passionate about building sustainable businesses, developing people and creating opportunities that drive meaningful growth.
As Co-Founder of Ikobo Heritage International Limited, he brings a vision for innovation, strategic thinking and enterprise development. His interests span business development, agriculture, transportation, cooperative enterprise, publishing and technology-driven solutions, with a focus on turning ideas into practical, value-driven ventures.
Beyond business, Eric is a pastor, conference speaker and trainer of church leaders, committed to helping people reach their potential. He believes lasting success is built on vision, integrity, effective leadership and the courage to turn ideas into reality.

Its activities support members’ economic interests while creating opportunities for entrepreneurs and small businesses to strengthen their operations. Our key initiative is the Business Boost Fund.

The Business Boost Fund
Your Business. Your Next Level. Our Support.
How the fund works
The Business Boost Fund is a cooperative programme that helps eligible members who run a business move forward with a structured allocation.
- Participation is voluntary and separate from your normal thrift savings
- A weekly contribution, paid daily from Monday to Friday, over a standard 52-week cycle
- An allocation under the programme’s approved terms, with a 4% programme administration/service charge
- Contributions continue to the end of the cycle, even if you receive your allocation early
- The allocation order is approved and published by the cooperative
Programme administration/service charge on the Business Boost allocation. The agreement you sign sets out your weekly contribution, allocation, charge and net allocation.
Who can apply
Members who run a business and intend to use the allocation for a productive business purpose. You will describe your business and how you plan to use the funds, and provide two guarantors.
Important: Applications are subject to assessment and approval under the programme rules and applicable cooperative bye-laws. The cooperative does not guarantee that your business will make a particular profit, and the programme is operated by the cooperative, not by an individual officer personally.
